The ProcessThe
powder is scattered onto/under a textile substrate being transported
between two dielectric belts. Electrodes create ions which collide
with the powder and charge the powder particles. The particles are
accelerated by the electrical field and form a cloud that occupies
all the space between the dielectrics between the belts...and penetrates
